Ivy : Excuse me, but I need to get a replacement bankbook.
Terry : Do you have your bankcard with you?
Ivy : No, I don't. I'm afraid it was with my bankbook.
Terry : I'll need to see a picture ID, please.
Ivy : Here it is. I can't believe I lost it. This has never happened to me before.
Terry : It's fairly common. However, you should really keep an eye on your valuables. Bad things can happen.
Ivy : I can only imagine.
Terry : In the wrong hands, a lost bankbook and ATM card could spell disaster.

艾薇：不好意思，我需要補發一本存摺。
泰瑞：您身上有帶銀行提款卡嗎？
艾薇：沒有，我沒帶。我擔心和存摺放在一起了。
泰瑞：我需要看一下您有照片的證件，麻煩您。
